To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphans' Court fdr the County of . The petition of M. G. respectfully represents : That he is JExeeutor [or Administrator'] of the estate of the said J. G., deceased. That there are in his hands as executor [or administrator'] aforesaid, dollars belonging to said estate, the principal whereof is to remaia for the benefit of tte widow and minor children of the said J. G., deceased, until the latter shall respectively come of age, and the interest, profits, and ...income theteof, to be paid in the mean time to the said widow and children [or as the case may be]. That your petitioner has invested the same in the six per cent, loan of the State of Pennsylvania, viz. dollars in the loan of $800,000 made the 16th January, A. D. 1841, and • dollars in the loan of $930,000 made the 6th of May, 1841 [or as the case may be]. Your petitioner prays that your Honors approve of said invest- ment, and he will ever pray, &c. M. G.
