LETTERS AND AGREEMENT.
T^HE following are copies of some letters written ])y officials -'• of the Government, ' which may be found on tile in the Office of the Commissioner of Indian Affair?, Washington, D. C. They will assist the reader in forming some idea of the manner in which the Delawares have been dealt with : PiQUA, Mar. 20, 1821. Sir: On the 15th inst. , I received from his Excellency, Gov. Cas3, a letter of whicli an extract will be found above.
