" The general inference to be drawn from these obser- vations is — that wherever we behold the spirit of peace eminently exhibited — I mean, that genuine peace, which springs from mutual love and good will, there also we may be certain is much of the spirit of Christ 5 because 8 a peaceful temper and disposition is so eminent a trait in ttie Christian character.
