Other slabs are to be erected at the graves of said deceased persons con- taining suitable lettering in lieu of the tombstones, slabs and markers removed.
We the undersigned, heirs and legal descendants of the above named persons now deceased, do hereby con- sent and agree that said tombstones, slabs and markers be removed from the Downing Graveyard and erected in Round Hill cemetery, and that other slabs be erected at the graves of said descedents.
