« The Vichitr Ndtuh;' i. e. the "Wondrous Tale. This was written by Govind himself, and it gives, ^rs^, the mytho- logical history of his family or race ; secondly, an account of his mission of reformation ; and, thirdly, a description of his warfare with the Himalayan chiefs and the Imperial forces.
It is divided into fourteen sections ; but the first is devoted to the praises of the Almighty, and the last is of a similar tenor, with an addition to the effect that he would hereafter relate his
... visions of the past and his experience of the present world. The Vichitr Natuk occupies about 24 pages of the Grunt'h.
4th. "Chundee Churitr," or, the Wonders of Chundee or the Goddess. There are two portions called Chundee Churitr, of which this is considered the greater. It relates the de- struction of eight Titans or Deltyas by Chundee the Goddess.
