I certainly would not care to make this journey again ; but I consider that to a traveller who can afibrd to take his time, and who likes really to see something out of the ordinary hackneyed beaten track, is willing to rough it when necessary, and is M 162 A LAND JOURNEY FROM prepared for any emergency, this route is a most recommendable one.
