However, in the end, even perfons thus circumftanced would, — I mean many of them, • — derive advantage from the operation of the plan, by ( '7 ) by partaking, from collateral and accidental caufes, in the general profperity j and all of them would be eafed by the redu6lion of taxes, which would be one of the mod probable and rr.oft extenfive con- fequences of the propofed meafure, as more fully noticed in a fubfequent part of this Letter* Sect.
