Accouniani- That thcrc bc an Accountant-General to thai said Corporation, with such number of Clerks as ( 7)3 ) the Commissioners shall certify from time to time to be necessary, and all sums receivable under this Act shall be paid into the Bank of England to the credit of the Corporation, adopting as far as possible the practice of the Office of the Ac- countant-General of the Court of Chancery; and that all payments be made by the Accountant- General upon the order of the Commissioners.
