L. suberect, obovate, or nearly elliptical, suddenly narrowed into a long, piliferous, flexuose point, con- cave, entire, nerved to apex. Caps, elliptical, on a large, obovate apophysis of about same width, lid conical, obtuse.
Moist mountainous situations, on dung, &c.
