Men who inhabit these levels lose sight ofthe earth and its belongings; they are usually deeply self-absorbed, and toa large extent create their own surroundings, though these are sufficientlyobjective to be perceptible to other men of their level, and also toclairvoyant vision.
This region is the summerland of which we hear in spiritualisticcircles--the world in which, by the exercise of their thought, the deadcall into temporary existence their houses and schools and cities.
