Where money was paid into Court by the trustees of a marriage settlement, and a petition was presented for payment of the money by a party who claimed by a title adverse to the settlement, it was held that a bill must be filed, as the Court would not adjudica.te upon a conflict between claimants supporting and disputing the settle- ment.'^ 32.
