Myers) who for a whole minute allows his mind to wander entirely away from the subject in hand, and imagines himself to be sitting beside a friend in the audience and to be engaged in conversation with him, and who wakes up to find himself still on the plat- A VISIT TO A GNANI. 47 form lecturing away with perfect ease and co- herency. What are we to say to such a case as that?
