Appears to have adopted a narrower viewpoint and will afford protection to a part-time agricultural worker, onl}- during the time in which he engaged in commercial or industrial activities. Moreover, to vote in bargaining elections these employees must spend at least fifty per cent of their working time in non-agricultural pursuits.
