Be it enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey, That so much of the fourth section of the act, to which this is a supplement, as authorizes said company to receive a conveyance from the owners of all that lot of land and premises situate at Hainesport, in the county of Burlington, known as Steamboat Hall, and therein particularly bounded and described, upon the said company paying therefor the sum of seven thousand dollars, be and is hereby repealed ; and it shall be lawful for said company to purchase and receive a conveyance for such real estate as they may think proper, for the purpose of locating said boarding-house, at any distance not exceeding three-quarters of a mile from said Steamboat Hall, at Haines- port, aforesaid.
