There are three English youths, who have been for two years past under the tuition of the Chinese Professor and his two Chinese Assistants, and they have now acquired a very considerable proficiency in the Chinese Lan- guage ; and it is my intention to call them to England for public purposes, in three years hence, if their studies be not interrupted.
