It follows from what has been said, t...hat after bullion has been deposited at any Mint or Assay Office of the United States for valu- ation, it can constitutionally be authorized to be issued into the hands of private parties, and put out of the control of the Govern- ment, only as coined money, whether in bars or disks, no matter how frequently it may previously change hands, or be responsibly transported from one agency of the Government to another, and no matter where the owner may receive his pay therefor in coined money.
