Num. Xvii. 25, 26 [10, 11]), in v. 11, on the con- trary, it is the staff of Moses that is spoken of; (2) that the version of what took place at Kadesh referred to by P^ in Num. Xx. 24, xxvii. 14 {Deut. Xxxii. 51) differs from that of Num.
