But this rule suffers one remarkable and curious exception, which is, that words beginning with the letter S, in which the initial S is immediately followed by either C or t), will not admit an adventitious c as a prefix ; as in the words ah i-cui^Mn, An fci«ip, An tcuaic, An f C615, An fOATO, An i~oaic, etc.
