Remarks by Regent Nottingham Mr Chancellor: The name of Andrew Sloan Draper will ever be inseparably associated with the history and develop- ment of the educational system of this State, since to a marked extent it embodies his farseeing and statesman- like purpose and policy, and presents in many respects the results of the most notable work of his very active and useful life.
