That said defendants be enjoined from removing or at- tempting to remove the whole or any part of said tracks now on - street, and from compelling or attempting 1 to com- pel, by any process, authority or action whatever, this com- plainant or any of its agents or employes to remove the whole or any part of said railway track, until the final termination of this cause ; and that, on final hearing, this injunction be made perpetual.
