Stonehill, died February 5..., 1908, intestate, seized of one-eighth of an acre of land in said town of Riverhead, which is duly described in the petition, leaving his widow, the petitioner, and no known heirs at law. He owned no other real estate. This real estate is worth $400. The decedent left no personal property applicable to the payment of his debts.
