South Carolina Pacific Railroad.
Since the last Report, the South Carolina Pacific has been finished from Shoe Heel in North Carolina to Bennettsville in this State, a distance of ten and a half (lOi) miles.
The gauge is four feet eight and a half inches — the only road of that gauge in the State ; the broad five and the narrow gauge three feet. It was examined soon after its completion and found to be in fair condition, which has doubtless since been much improved.
