Hurll, Eaton Bicentennial Committee Chairman, at ceremonies held at Con- cord, N. H., May 19, 1976. The scroll had the signatures of 146 Eaton residents. 34 The nation-wide July 4th Bell Ringing ceremonies wer...e observed in Eaton at the Little White Church. The address for the occasion was given by the Rev. Mr. Raymond Stineford and the Church bell was rung by Mrs. Ruth Timberlake Goodwin, a member of one of the oldest families of the town. Mr. Stineford's address has been published by the Bicentennial Committee under the title "To Have and To Hold, A Narrative Poem." During the ceremonies a Scholarship Fund, income from which will be available to the residents of the Towti of Eaton, July 4, 2076, was presented to the Selectmen and Trustee of Trust Funds by the Bicenteiinial Trust Fund Committee.
