The second meeting of the month was a "regulatory meeting" where applications for land subdivision were reviewed and acted upon. We received a total of 22 completed applications of which 17 were accepted, 1 was rejected and 4 were withdrawn. We voted to approve 14 subdivisions, creating 33 lots, and 2 boundary Hne adjustments which did not create any new lots.
