Elm trees are being replaced on Town land and can be replaced on privately owned land for labor costs. Field trips were made with the Mosquito Control Com- mission in Rye and to Essex County, Massachusetts, to see the accomplishments of the ditching program. We have been privileged to be present at the Planning Board meetings and work sessions and to contribute informa- tion to their discussions and decision.
