A set of World Book Encyclopedias was purchased with $358.00 of this money. They have arrived and are on the shelves. Please come in to see them. The remainder of the money was used to purchase childrens books and non-fiction adult books. Next year, we hope to purchase adult fiction books. I would like to thank the "Friends of the Library" for their support and hope that interest will continue to grow. Many thanks for the generous donations. In October, Carol Wilson resigned as the hbrarian and... I was appointed. The trustees and I greatly appreciate what she has done for the library and thank her for the 5 years she served as librarian. During the past summer, the hbrary had a story hour for the young children. We hope to have one again in 1982. We would like to see you there. Our circulation was 385 books, 48 magazines. The library is open on Wednesday from 6 - 8 P.M. Please come and visit.
