We have sixty members at present. Our present goals include finding a buil...ding that will be as fireproof as possible to preserve historical artifacts donated to the Society. Our members and guests have enjoyed several lectures over the course of the year featuring historical highlights of the Pemi Valley and presented by area residents.
Here are a few of the interesting talks we attended: 6,000 B.C. , The Sandwich Notch Road, The Mount Washington Cog Railway, The Draper Plant at Beebe River, The Early Inns, Hotels and Boarding Houses of Campton, A History of Campton featuring the photographic col- lections of Ken Hoyt, Roland Gooch and Don Johnson, Jr.
