It shall be unlawful to park any oc- cupied trailer home or house within the limits of the Town of Brentwood for more than (3) three days without first obtaining a permit from the Board of Selectmen.
This permit to be issued for (90) ninety days and not re- newable. The fee for such a permit shall be ($5.00) five dollars payable to the Town of Brentwood. ARTICLE IV Section 1 Any building to be erected or altered for use as rented apartments, shall have a minimum of (2) two readily accessible exists (windows excluded) from each apartment and all plumbing shall meet the approval of the Board of Health.
ARTICLE V SECTION 1 All places of amusement (inside or outside) shall secure a permit from the Board of Select- men. If, after the holding of a public hearing, the Select- men deem it to be in the best interest of the Town, the permit may be denied.
