Chief PLANNING BOARD REPORT The Planning Board has had a very active year. It has held meetings on a monthly basis and most meetings have been attended by several interested residents of the Town.
The meetings are presently being held on the fourth Wednes- day of every month at the Firehouse. The meetings are open to the public and Town residents are encouraged to attend.
The meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. and the first hour 7:30 to 8:30 is set aside to transact any business or discuss any items t...he public might have. From 8:30 on, the public is welcome to stay but the regular Planning Board meeting goes into session to transact its business.
The Planning Board has worked hard over the last two years and especially this past year to prepare a list of amend- ments to the Zoning Ordinance, Building Ordinance and 48 Land Subdivision Regulations. The Board has held two Public Hearings as required by law and the Town's participa- tion has been gratifying.
The amendments to the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance and the Building Ordinance as recommended by the Planning Board will appear on a ballot to be voted on by the residents of Brentwood on Voting Day, March 1 , 1972, at the Fire- house.
