Tewksbury Shed 1,000 Respectfully submitted James F. Whittemore Codes Enforcement Officer 21 Report of the Planning Board The planning board is in the process of revamping the present Zoning ordi- nance to bring it up to date to conform with the recent changes in the NH Enabling Legislation. There are some inconsistencies within the ordinance that need to be rectified as well as some wording that might come under legal scrutiny. We plan to present the revised ordinance to the voters with a seri...es of hearings this year, hopefully starting by late spring. We will also be working on the Subdivision Ordinance to make it compatible with zoning. Some of the things that we will be looking at will be wetland zoning and the size of building lots in subdivisions based on soil type.
This past year we have two members resign with the alternates filling these vacancies. We are always open to having those interested in the planning process serve as alternates.
