I submit the following statistics: Resources Number of volumes February 1, 1941 11867 Increased by purchase 705 Increase by McMurphy Fund 3 Increased by gift 21 Increased by binding magazines 4 Loss through circulation I'O Worn out and discarded 298 Disappeared from shelves 5'0 Volumes in library February 1, 1942 il2252 :Net increase 385 Number periodicals received 78 Comprising: 2 quarterlies; 58 monthlies; 3 semi- monthly; 9 weeklies; 6 dailies; 25 are gifts.
