As we visualize a successful downtown, we see busy sidewalk cafes & restaurants, specialty shops, clothing stores, ongoing special events, all in a friendly, attractive atmosphere. Most see an upscale downtown, with convenient parking, colorful awnings, trees, decorative lighting, and attractive signs. We feel safe in our person and possessions.
