13 This meeting is called by me and my supervisors as in- correct and improper for the following reasons.
1. Checklist Supervisors were not notified in proper time — or at all — to post a checklist thirty days prior to Special Town Meeting.
2. Checklist Supervisors were not notified in time to post two open corrective sessions before meeting, therefore were not able to have article publi...shed, as required by law, notify- ing residents of the opportunity to become members of the checklist.
3. There is no Checklist available for said Town Meeting, as last checklist required to be filed with the Town Clerk is dated March 11, 1963. (The Checklist posted on April 18, 1963 is on file and on record as posted for the Regional School Dis- trict Board Meeting and has nothing to do with this meeting and does not require filing with the Town Clerk, but the School Board Clerk.) 4. Correctly dated and corrected Checklist is required at this meeting because the Warrant for this meeting calls for the "election" of a public official, namely, "Overseer of the Poor." KRIS.
