Article 21. We, being voters of the Town of Roxbury, wishing to express our appreciation of the beauty of our Town, do respectfully request, in harmony with the rights given us under the statues of the State of New Hampshire in Chap. 253, Section 17, and all other rights inherent in us relating thereto, that the Selectmen of the Town include in the warrant for the regular 1974 Town Meeting the subject of whether or not the voters will designate the road set forth herein as a scenic road, protec...ted by this designation as set forth by statutory law. The road we request being considered at Town Meeting is the Old Roxbury Road, one end of which may be known as the Marlborough Road. We do request that said road be classified as a scenic road.
