Article 25 : To see if the Town will vote to establish a Capital Reserve Fund under the provisions of RSA 35:1 for the future revaluation of the Town and to raise and appropriate $5,000.00 towards this purpose, and appoint the Selectmen as agents to administer the fund. Article 27: "We the undersigned voters feel it is time the people of Roxbury, as in many other towns, have the opportunity to choose the Planning Board Members. Therefore, we request the Selectmen to place on the Warrant for March 10, 1998 Town Meeting, RSA 673:2 11 (b) (1), which states that if at the March 10, 1998 meeting we vote to elect Planning Board Members, then at the March 1999 Town Meeting the Selectmen shall choose one Selectmen's representative, and the remaining Planning Board positions shall be filled by election." (Petitioned warrant article signed by 42 registered voters of the Town of Roxbury.) The article was declared passed by ballot vote, as follows: YES = 88 NO = 15 Article 28 : To see if the Town will vote to elect members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, who have heretofore been appointed by the Selectmen.
