The Board also granted site plan approval to J.H.P.
Partnership for construction of a mobile phone communications tower on Crotched Mountain and to New England Telephone for equipment cabinets on Red House Road, Pleasant Pond Road, Poor Farm Road, Bible Hill Road and the Second New Hampshire Turnpike South.
In addition to the above activities, the Board also voted to place an article on this year's warrant for the purpose of establishing an Historic District Commission (See Article 6).
