By intelligence from the Province, AP Lloyd is accused of neglect of the Alienation Fine in suffering the County Clerks omissions in Ace"" non-payment, this is easily recti fyed as the Provincial County Courts where such mat- ter must stand Recorded can prove Evidently the wrong, if true, the Clerks deserve no favour ; I have admonished INP Lloyd thereon, when you meet, hint to him as from hence.
