94. The form of ballots used in recall elections, the 16 method of marking and counting such ballots, and determining 17 and declaring the result of such election shall conform to the 18 provisions of this charter, relating to regular elections.
19 SEC. 95. Nominations of candidates to succeed any officer 20 whose removal is sought and the election of his successor shall 21 be made in the manner provided for nominations elections and 22 general elections.

34 SEC. 98. There is hereby created in and for the city of 35 Bakersfield a court, which shall be known as the police court 36 of the city of Bakersfield.
