The cooking of the hospital is done in the main kitchen, which being designed and furnished for the ordinary needs of the establishment in time of peace, is amply capable of catering for the maximum number of patients in hospital. Three other kitchens serve the home, N.C.O.'s and or- derlies' messes.
Placed in convenient parts of the main build- ings and outhouses are the stores for linen, ra- tions, meat, coal, patients' kits, quartermaster's stores, and surgical necessaries, as well as the dairy, and a branch of the Expeditionary Force canteens.
