TECHNOLOGICAL MUSEUM.
In 1890, the Minister for Public Instruction having decided to establish Technological Museums in the leading country towns, a build- ing was engaged in Keppel Street, Bathurst, for the purpose. This was suitably fitted up, and a large number of exhibits sent from the Sydney Museum. Many valuable donations have also been made locally, and about 2, 000 specimens arc now shown in the Museum, which is open daily to the public, free, from noon to 5 p.
