Since a report was received that the county in which the Los Banos Refuge is located was conducting a campaign ators and the populations upon which they prey. Members of the bureau of education made a trip to Clear Lake during July to investigate the cause of the death of such large numbers of fish. The following conclusions were reached : 1.
