Dull are all my senses ; Full of blow, and valor Minus its discretion, Sophomore in name, but — Painter by profession.
COLLEGE VERSE 37 YE FRESHMAN.
The grass becomes more verdant yet When by a summer shower wet.
But when the Freshman comes to us, Like treatment do we tender him, Yet strange to say, in hopes that thus Less verdant we may render him.
