He shall call special meetings of the Society when ordered or reciuested„ as provided in Section I.
He shall give notice to each person of his election to office or membership in the Society. He shall record the election of every member and report his name and residence to the Treas- urer. He shall deliver to the Board of Trustees a copy of the proceedings of each meeting, and shall prepare and countersign all diplomas or certificates of membership.
