The Accounts proper begin on the recto page of folio 7, the earlier folios being used for the setting out of an Inventory of the Books, Vestments, " Catalls and Jewells " belonging to the Parishioners, preceded by short abstracts of certain wills of deceased parishioners relating to obits. It is fairly evident that this is not the first volume of Accounts pertaining to this parish, as will be seen from the indenture"^ and inventory above mentioned and from the entries in the Accounts themselves, e.
