Jean Bte Felix, Plaintiff, vs. Francois Lapance, Defendanfl The plaintiff presents a petition against the named Ren^ Bouvet, in which he shows that he made an exchange of prop- erty with the named Rend Bouvet, who has gone to Canada in order to receive and put himself into possession of the property which the said Felix exchanged with him; and the said Felix has had certain news that it had been delivered to the said Rend Bouvet from a letter which he has received from his gua...rdian, who informs him that he is to go and receive his property; and he presents the said petition joined here opposite, in which he demands that Frangois Lapancd should be obliged to deliver into his hands the notes, obligations and other claims, which the said Bouvet left with him on deposit to be delivered to the plaintiff in exchange for the property which the said Felix transferred to him at Sorel in Canada, since it is certain that the said Bouvet has received the property exchanged.
