^^ Resolved, That the President of this company, be requested to trans* "nit to the Agents of the Company in London, a copy of the law passed ly the last General Assembly of Maryland, entitled, "An act for the ge-- leral valuation and assessment of property in this Slate, and tO provide I tax to pay the debt of the State," and request the said Agents to make ale... of the Bonds belonging to this Company in their hands, provided,- hat the same shall not be sold at less than 80 percent. And in-case the aid Agents sell the said Bonds, pursuant to these instructiG?>s, that they etain in their hands, the amount justly due them from the Company, and- mmediately authorize this Company to draw upon them for the amount ue to said Company. And in case the sale of the s^id Bonds be not im-^ lediately made, as aforesaid, that the said Agents authorize this Com- lany to draw upon.
