SECTION XXIV.
COMMITTEE OF ARKANCE^vrENTS.
The Committee of Arrangements shall consist of the Chairmen of the Standing Committees on Plants, Flowers, Fruits, Vegetables, and Gardens, and two other members to be chosen as provided in Section III. They shall have charge of the general arrangements for and direction of all the exhibitions of the Societ...y, and shall see that the Rules and Regulations relating thereto are strictl}' enforced. They shall have the power to change the time of any exhibition whenever in their judgment it is for the interest of the Society to do so.
SECTION XXV.
ELECTION OF MEMIiERS.
All proposals of Candidates for Life and Subscription Member- ship, shall be submitted to the Executive Committee, who shall examine the same, and report, on the first Saturday of each month, the names of such persons as they recommend for election.
