This may he done by any member of the Committee, each member's action being api)roved by the whole Committee before being reported to the Societj'. SECTION XXIV. COMMITTEE OF ARKANCE^vrENTS. They shall have the power to change the time of any exhibition whenever in their judgment it is for the interest of the Society to do so. SECTION XXV. ELECTION OF MEMIiERS. All proposals of Candidates for Life and Subscription Member- ship, shall be submitted to the Executive Committee, who shall examine the same, and report, on the first Saturday of each month, the names of such persons as they recommend for election.
