Conway 60 Proceeding in Annual School District Meeting March 14, 1959 Agreeably to the foregoing Warrant the meeting of the Conway School District was called to order by Burnham B. Davis, Moderator at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on March... 14, 1959 who read the Warrant, cer- tificate of posting, and the oath of the school board thereto, certificate of authenticity and posting of the checklist by the Supervisors. On motion of Ralph Grindle, duly seconded, it was voted to act upon Article 1 through 5 simultaneously and proceed to elect the necessary officers by ballot while acting upon the other articles of the Warrant and that the polls remain open until 9:00 o'clock P.M. Under Article 6 Moved by Frank Kennett, Jr., duly seconded, that the meeting now take up the Budget and vote on it item by item and that the total sum arrived at by this method be raised and appropriated for the sup- port of schools, for the salaries of school district officers and agents and for the payment of statutory obligations of the district, and to authorize the application against said appropriation such sums as are estimated to be received from the State Equalization Fund, together with other income, the School Board to certify to the selectmen the balance between the estimated revenue and the appropriation which balance is to be raised by taxation.
