Of course that was the hope and the vi...sion that we would be able to move forward rather rapidly to deal with the considerations of our habitat losses and all of the in- terjurisdictional workings. We have not received any funding and the impact has been that we are moving rather slowly. I think that we would expect that to continue pending some Federal funding to be allowed.
Mr. Manton. Why have anadromous fish been excluded from MICRA?
Mr. Sheets. It may have been an oversight, but of course there are very few anadromous fish in the Mississippi River Basin, other than the eel situation we have.
