Rosen to continue the negotiations in accord- ance with the Counter-Proposals of Admiral Alexieff, but that the Japanese propositions have been fully considered.
I asked whether , he could inform me of the nature of the propositions on which Baron Rosen is authorized to con- 41 tinue the negotiations. He said that they will be officially communicated within two or three days through Baron ■Rosen to the Japanese Government.
